Just in time for the fall and winter season, is this hydrating and soothing hot oil mix. The ingredients included in this mix help to fight against dryness and dullness of the hair, and fight against an itchy, flaky, scalp.

You will need:

  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oilolive-oil
  • 1 or 2 dropper full of Vitamin E Oil
  • 2 flaxseed oil capsules (2 teaspoons of flaxseed oil)
  • 8 to 10 drops of Peppermint Oil

  • 8 to 10 drops of Tea Tree Oil
  • A heat resistant bowl, cup, or bottle.

Combine all the ingredients in your bowl, cup, or heat resistant bottle.
If you aren’t  going to use this right away or you have some left over, refrigerate the remaining oils because flaxseed oil can spoil.

Leave me a comment below on the video to let me know if this mix works for you.

    • They both are great to take but fish and fish oil has more omega fats and has the type of omega fats that helps convert ALA into DHA in the body. If I am not mistaken, flaxseed oil lacks that component.
I take flaxseed oil because when you take fish oil or flaxseed oil, you can taste it when you burp. So, I prefered the flaxseed oil to fish oil. But I have noticed a difference in my hair, skin, and nails and colon health when I take the flaxseed oil. And of course when I use it in my hot oil mix.

Please let me know how this mix works for you.
